Can I return an item?
You are welcome to return any item within 14 days for a refund or an exchange for a different size or design. You will be required to pay for postage, unless the item you received was incorrect or defective in any way.
We thoroughly check every item of clothing before it is dispatched to you – items that have been worn or damaged after purchase will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

If my order is damaged or incorrect, will I receive a full refund?
If there is a fault with your item or you have received an incorrect order, we will refund the full amount* or offer you an exchange to the value of the original purchase.
*Before we offer a full refund or exchange however, we will need the item to be returned to us, we will need to inspect it and we will need to see proof of purchase that is within one month of the original order date.
We will not accept responsibility for items returned to us that are damaged in the post, go missing and do not reach us. Please ensure therefore that you package your item carefully, send it via tracked delivery and retain proof of delivery.
Under no circumstances are we able to refund or exchange items that have been worn.
